First class service from all the staff. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for any auto parts as they have a few shops and a huge selection of stock based within their Glasgow and Lanarkshire branches. Prices extremely affordable also. Well done guys!!
Brilliant place for everything to do with your car. The closest you'll get to the old days of car accessories shop. Good load of cheery chaps serving will find you everything you need.
Not the first time using this place but will definitely be the last. Service and attitude of those behind the counter extremely insulting and unprofessional. Purchased an alternator belt on Friday for an Insignia after providing the plate, sent someone to collect the belt & my mechanic has in front of me showed that it's the incorrect one, placed it in the packaging and I've today Monday went to return it. Was refunded then called back in to be told that the belt I've handed back isn't what was given and doesn't match product codes. I've then advised that I don't purchase belts every day of the week and there's no use for me to return a different belt (where would I have got it from anyway?). Staff member has continued to accuse me of returning an incorrect product & refused to acknowledge the fact that the product itself could have been given incorrect from the get go - maybe that's why the belt was incorrect in the first place? From what I understand - humans can make mistakes & in this scenario it looks like Dunlops have incorrectly packaged a product and then accused the customer of bringing back another product for a refund and questioned my truthfulness as a person. Terrible attitude. You've put the wrong belt in the packaging at some point during your fulfilment process, given it out and only now realised its incorrect - this doesn't warrant the customer being accused of bringing back incorrect products.
6 staff at the counter and they let you wait few minutes until someone really deal with customers. I have been in this shop more than 10 times and it is still the same , staff at the counter let you wait for ages . I can see many other people says the same as me . Is the boss man blind ? Never coming back

I called in here today for a wiper blade as I was advised to go here by my mechanic Robert at ALK AUTOS. The parts man came out to my car and measured what size of blade I needed and went in and brought one out and fitted it for me, all this was done within a few minutes, keep up the good service guys, thanks
It's ok if your desperate, over priced and none of them look happy to help mostly, if you can go somewhere else, if not go pay £8 for something that's £5 everywhere else
