   Needed new wipers. Been to another car parts store and what was on the system was incorrect for my car, apparently different mods of the model. Anyway callled EK eurocar parts and explained the problem, lad on the phone assured me the ones on the site would fit. Went over, collected wipers, fitted easily and correctly. Great staff, great advice thank you

   I bought brake pads on line, took old pads off the car and checked against the new ones, I had ordered the wrong set, went to take them back to the east Kilbride store and was told the new pads had already been fitted and damaged and would not swap or refund for the correct pads and was also told to drive to another Euro car parts store and they will probably swap them (why), firstly how can the pads have already been fit as there were about an inch too big as you can see in the picture, and damaged, no clue, to two young lads were unhelpful, and to be honest completely useless. I drove to the Bellshill store and they could not believe what the store in East Kilbride had said, Bellshill sorted my problem with no fuss and my car is now back on the road, THANK YOU team Bellshill, some customer training required in East Kilbride store, people for EK just drive the extra 15 mins and get served properly.

   I had unfortunately misplaced my receipt for an expensive battery that ended up becoming faulty. They replaced my battery after checking their system and showing the staff my bank statement from the date of purchase. 5 star and will always use them for future parts and upgrades for any vehicle I have.

   Had to wait for 20 minutes just to get served. Ordered online but others in front decided to make a shopping trip out of it and started asking for various items that he had stored in his head. Do you remember the guy in Burnistoun in the petrol kiosk? Well, that was this guy.. Another starts asking a random stranger (another customer) for advice on his dpf warning light coming on. Poor counter assistant looked frazzled running about on his own. It's a good job the price of my order was cheap.

   Usually fine, 35 minute wait today, only customer, "2 seconds mate there will be someone with you" -from 3 different people -then they tried to add over £30 onto my click and collect order for no reason, glad I wasn't in a hurry.
