Phoned for a cat convertor and they had the part, quoted £100 goes down a couple of days later to collect and the guy says that that price is too cheap and tried to say its £200. asked him to check the call recording and even gave them the time and date of the quote and they said they would speak to the boss. Numerous calls later to try and speak to the boss and the guy then says call recording cant be listened to. Literally just off the phone to the guy and yet again he hasn't dealt with my complaint. I have given them plenty of opportunity to resolve this issue and now have no choice but to warn other people that the experience I have just had is someone trying to rip me off and very poor customer service Go elsewhere

I found the right part through Breaker Yard and had a good experience with Euro Japs. They were the first to respond to my request (within a couple of hours) and also the best price although shipping cost was high. The part (a car door) was very well packaged on a stout timber frame and pallett and arrived in perfect condition. It was exactly as described so, I am a satisfied customer.
Part turned up broken. Worked out a way to repair that involved inconvenience but didnt mean they had to pay for postage for return or a new part so asked for £20 refund but manager refused saying only costs £5 to fixed and would only refund me £10. No logic in it at all and disappointed with the stubborn attitude. Would not use again.
