   Took my car into Halfords for its MOT and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Arron looked after everything and was absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service these days, but Arron went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The whole process was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. Would definitely recommend Halfords, especially if you’re dealing with Arron. Top guy and a real credit to the team!

   Had car booked by phone call , attended pleasantly, told hour & half for m.o.t which was exactly amount of time , notified by email car was ready to be picked , had a discount on m.o.t as was a free member to halfords online site no issues happy with service everything , had feared putting it here as bad experience with kwik fit Airdrie in past .

   Avoid at all costs. Paid £110 for an air-con regas but there was a leak in the system they missed despite their promise of "A thorough inspection of the system's key components, including the compressor, condenser, drive belts and hoses" and "A leak test (using nitrogen)". Fault corrected by professionals at the dealership.

   Had some work on my breaks and a new exhaust fitted here last week. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the lads working here, especially the young guy on the desk with the finger tattoo's (Sorry I never got your name mate). They kept me in the loop the whole time and broke down everything that was needing done and what was essential and what wasn't. This will be my new local mechanic from now on after having some poor experiences in other garages near by. Top stuff lads.

I picked it up later in the day and immediately noticed the difference in performance as I was heading home. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be using this branch again.
