   I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a bike online in November for it to be built in store and collected on 23rd of December as a main Christmas gift for my 9 year old son from Santa. Arrived at store after 5 as that's when collection time was arranged for, only to be advised the wheel is broken, they cant fix in store! I could choose another bike at a lesser spec than I bought but thats all they could do. They didn't check if the other stores had any in stock. So now I have been left scrambling on Christmas eve to try and fix their error! Absolutely abysmal customer service and they have now left me feeling heartbroken that I might not be able to provide the main gift on Christmas day!

   Super helpful staff. No fuss. Got what i needed with a good offer on the product too. Fitting was efficient and made to look easy. Overall a good experience when I needed new headlight bulbs before heading out to drive in the dark to work.

He was very helpful and carried out my free 10 point winter check while I waited for Ben to fit my new battery. Great service from both of them.    Great experience, staff were friendly, engaged and genuinely interested in helping find the most cost effective solution. When upselling at the till, the offer was appropriate and specific to my needs - there was no pressure (I almost went for it because it was a great deal but Santa's coming so holding on tight to my cash just now - I probably will after Christmas) and when I declined they were pleasant and didn't push, just gave answers to my questions and laid out potential savings in a respectful manner. It worked because I'll definitely be back. If you are from Halfords and reading this, this team would be a good model for training. Thanks again.

   When asked, staff offered useful information and were friendly. Waiting for purchase (child's bike) to arrive in store and be built. Very helpful when asking about additional items and al included them in the purchase to ensure they are added when product arrives in store.

   Very tidy store. First class, prompt, efficient and professional service. Helpful staff in store. NO COMPLAINTS INSTORE. Halfords telephone helpline atrocious! 3 call centre assistants at the Halfords end of the line could not understand I required a booking to install a sat nav. Had to travel three and a half miles to ARRANGE a booking. Then return to get the job done.?
