   Had a camera for my A3, good looking kit, packaged very well, easy to install (once I got past the 40 bolts Audi decided to put in the glove box), everything feels good quality and not cheap and tacky, would recommend and if I switch car in the future will be ordering another.

His work is first class and his professional approach to every job sums the guy up its difficult to get someone who takes pride in what they do and he certainly does.    First Class Service. My BMW X1 had the reversing camera fitted professionaly in just 1 hour. Great care was taken during the fitting and the result was a top notch job, just like a factory finish.    Really really good customer service! I ordered a reverse camera for my long wheel Peugeot Expert for self install. I received the kit the next day (live in Ireland). The instructions on the USB stick were very helpful, I had no problems at all installing. Well recommend!

   Dougie is super helpful and extremely knowledgable. I accidentally ordered the wrong product (it simply wouldn't work for my vehicle), and within minutes of contacting Dougie about the issue he immediately was able to diagnose that I had ordered the wrong one. I returned the old one and a new one arrived soon after, and worked straight away! The item was well packaged, works great, and even came with a hole saw to cut the camera out for the bumper. The instructions were good, and I'm super pleased with the final product. Excellent price, excellent service, would hugely recommend and would use again.

   I bought a reversing camera kit from Douglas around 2 years ago for my Seat Leon. In that time 3 cameras have failed all with suspected water ingress. I contact Douglas via the website to discuss maybe returning the kit for a partial refund or him sourcing a better camera at my expense. The first response I had was quite rude and was asked to “re word” my email as I’d called his in my eyes cameras junk and he would then reply. I told Douglas I had no faith in the kit after the 3rd camera failing and was unprepared to spend hours removing my bumper to install another one to his specifications silicone the top of the camera in the bumper. Douglas attitude and unprofessionalism towards me via email is as much hilarious as is worrying. Previously to this Douglas had been very helpful and supplied the new cameras with little to no fuss but I said once I installed this one that if it stopped working again I won’t be replacing it this time. The only thing I can suggest is that the cameras that are being used are of low standard and anything such as downpours and cleaning the vehicle is enough to stop them from working over time.
