Really great experience from all the guys at Halfords. Always so friendly and helpful, fix the problem when they can. Replaced 2 tyres without issue. I always come back here because Chris and the team managed to solve an issue that a BMW service dealer couldn’t. Will always come here first.
Great service as always been using this garage for over 15 years when it was Mcconnechys. Staff brilliant. Very helpful & as a female driver I trust their recommendations! Both my husband & I use this garage for our cars for mots/services & for me a few punctured tyres recently! We will continue to use them. Was in yesterday & the guy behind the desk was fantastic! It was busy & I needed to wait. But took me quick & Scott was great repairing my punctured tyre. Thanks a lot everyone!
Very good for repairs and MOTs. There was a brake pipe job that they couldn't do on my car, but recommended another place nearby that was well priced. While I was waiting for my car to come off the ramp, I heard one of the mechanics dealing with a very old lady who wanted a new tyre as she had a puncture. He reassured her that a replacement wasn't necessary and he'd simply removed some corrosion from the rim, which was letting air out. I know another major high street repair business that would have taken her money but not these guys. Service is always friendly and they do everything they can to make you a satisfied customer. Recommended.
I had my hybrid car serviced and MOT done this morning and I would have to say it was the best service I have yet to receive from any garage! The customer service was exceptional and the minute I entered the reception I was made to feel welcome and I was greeted very well with a smile and my first name was used, which I found very nice and friendly. I received phone calls through out the mot and service with updates! I will most definitely be using them again! 5 star service!
Great team and great service! Big thanks to Paul, especially, who was a superstar for being able to source and fit a tyre for a family members car that had burst after hitting a huge nearby pot hole. Even though they were busy and it was midday on Hogmany, Paul and the team still went the extra mile to help us out. Highly recommended and credit to their company!
A really great service. I took my car with a warning light and they were helpful, fixed the problem and all for no fee which was very decent! Will use again.
Excellent service. Dropped my Wife's car in a the engine management light had come on. They looked at the car within the hour and told me that it had a sensor fault. The mechanic reset the cars computer and the fault was no longer showing. They also didn't charge me for this which I thought was excellent. If the sensor goes again I would not hesitate to return to get it fixed.
All staff are friendly, polite & professional. Paul kept us well informed. Staff apologetic for our wait for wheel alignment check - happy to take time to show and explain results. Excellent customer service despite a busy workload- much appreciated
