The guys I spoke to on the phone were super helpful and the materials were delivered as advised and a text was sent an hour before it arrived. They’re also cheaper than the other companies I called to get quotes from :)

   Unacceptable customer service, I never been treated so indifferent with a company specially at this level. I wanted to buy a few of slabs which were in the yard for already 2 years since my last purchase, I asked if I could get a discount since this stock doesn’t sell specially that this is a Marshals product sold only in packs, the seller sighted and walked away like he doesn’t care and said “that’s the price and if I wanted that’s what’s it is” this could be an easy way to say that they cannot politely but his actions were hateful and not professional. He didn’t even know how to distinguish the difference between bath and buff. The manager also didn’t do better after I said loudly that I wanted a decent and human customer care and not be treated like that. I won’t buy from this company even if I pay 300% elsewhere in my life!
