    16 year old son applied for part time job. Was interviewed but then rejected with no reason given or feedback as to how he could improve for future interviews. They have immediately re-advertised the position so clearly aren't very good at candidate selection.

    Went in today with product code ready. Walked up to the counter where nobody was serving, woman walks in behind me gets served straight away asks a million questions so ended up walking out and went to Screwfix instead!

    No a good visit today as all staff were outside smoking at the front door which meant that I had to go past a smoking chimney and waited to be served as all the staff was standing out side poor service
