   My partner and I went in for some advice on replacing our roof tiles. We knew nothing about what would be needed and the staff were very helpful took us through the whole process and provided an estimate of materials we can use when getting trade prices. Which means we can buy direct should this make a material saving.

   3/8/23 Called ahead of time to ask if they had the tiles I needed in stock. Was told they did and they were closing at 3:30. I did an hour and a half round trip from my job to their branch. I got there at 3:15 and they had already closed and everyone had left. Time and money I can’t get back.
