Can't thank the guys enough for their help today! Driving home from work and my engine light came on so I stopped in to First Stop. They had a quick look and identified the problem and got it sorted for me within 20 minutes on a Friday, half an hour before they closed for the night. The cost was very reasonable. My family have used them a few times for MOTs and services and they couldn't recommend them enough. Honest people with great customer service! Saved me a lot of hassle over the weekend. Thank you!

Honest and helpful. The boss helped me out twice and so I decided to do my MOT here whilst I was in the area since it was due soon. The guys who work here are just super helpful. The prices are fair for a small business and I would prefer to go these guys purely for their honesty and not treating women like we have no idea about our cars. I will be going back again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service from the boss and all the staff.

First Stop is an absolutely brilliant mechanic. I have been to so many others who will take advantage and it left me very nervous to even put my car in for an MOT as I would be so worried about the cost. I am so happy I have found a good, honest mechanic. MOT was done quickly today, and passed with no problems.
I've been to lots of garages and I've been messed about by the lot of them, I hated taking my car in only to feel I've been taken advantage of. Not with this place, I could tell right away this place was different, the guys are friendly and helpful and I've never had an issue. Fair prices and solid work, it's the only place I will take my car now.
Always use this garage for my M.O.T and any other problems i have with my car and have always recieved outstanding service. Cant fault them! Even when i went to the garage at half 3 on a Saturday (when they close at 12, which i wasnt aware of at the time) stuart took the time out of what he was doing to fit a new headlight bulb.
