Amazing customer service from Anthony jackson and the workers at hillington on Tuesday night. Called just after 5 as had warning light on my car, was told to pop over, tyre repaired. Would def recommended as when light had came on I was close to another garage who advised me would ‘probably require new tyre and then said they only had higher end price one’ went to farmers who used in past and repaired as said for £25. Great service, helpful and friendly staff

Avoid! Tried to con me into 4 new tyres and was good they only have the top of the range tyres left. I've been 2 or 3 times and quoted a huge bill - took it elsewhere and paid a 1/4 less. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance thinking it will be any different

Did full service of my vauxhall astra last year first time in this garage because my usual garage was closed due to maintenance, I found Farmer team slow, poor communication and trying to come up with the work not required. I am experienced enough to see what the manager and team was up to. After very long wait of service I paid, pick up the keys and said good bye - will never come again!

***UPDATE 27/09/25 I received a call from Gary, after contacting via ghe website. Gary was reallly good abd accepted the liabilty, explained that it dhould have been sorted at the garage in the first place. I have since had the sensor replaced an farmer autocare paid fof this. I cant thank Gary enough for sorting this out for me. ORGINAL REVIEW . . . I Would leave less than 1 if I could. Drove up from Newcastle yesterday, warning light popped up on the car to say tyre pressure was low, pumped it up few miles down the road, pops up again. Obviously had a slow puncture. Got to the destination with a few stops along the way to keep pumping the tyre up as the sensor kept warning me it was getting low. Rang Farmers and was told bring it down. So I pumped the tyre back up before I headed there, kept checking the readings on the dash as I was driving. Got to farmers was told my tyres both needed replaced but he'd not "rip my eyes out" as I wasn't from his neck of the woods. So just get the slow puncture replaced now and replace the other at home far enough. Then 5 minutes later he comes back with my tyre pressure sensor in his hand saying I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but we took the tyre off and this was sat in your tyre hence all your problems. I said no it was still working as I pulled in to the garage so it hasn't been like that for ages. He said oh well the car is old (2017) so it because of that. Definitely not, had the tyre replaced before and never happened, was obviously snapped when they removed the tyre to replace it. You can see in the sensor it was a fresh break as there was no dirt or anything in the crack and the fact the sensor was telling me the pressure reading all the way until he was given me keys proves it was them that snapped it Update after reply sent to your website contact to I was asked to message about a review Ieft on Google. I have photos and the part that they broke. I told them the sensor was working fine all the way until I handed my keys over to them. I still paid for the replacement tyre and just noticed they also wrote on the invoice "tyre sensor already broken" this was never disclosed to me at the time or I would of had it removed from the invoice as that is a lie. I feel this is their way of trying to get away with it, to say I agreed it was already broken, which I didn't. I was never given the invoice prior to paying and was told it was a receipt for the new tyre. I came up to Scotland for a funeral and this has increased the stress of it all.

Got a service and MOT here last week, they did a great job. Really good communication too when my car was ready and the staff member I spoke to at the counter was really polite and helpful.

Could not even spare the time to look at my pick up. It needed 4 tyres !! Did not have to be done there and then just wanted to make an appointment!! They were too busy to look at it. That's £500 they have lost. Will never go there again and advise all clients etc the same.

I used their servis for MOT. Everything was fine. I will use them next time as in another autocare services there was always something to repair etc. Additionally, get advise about tyres. Definietly come back

Excellent service and wad quick. I had a puncture and these guys accommodated my repair unlike Kwik Fit who could not fit me in.

Friendly and helpful service. Always swift and within time quoted. Cannot fault the quality of work and always happy with the price. Staff are always very accommodating with drop off the day before/pick up day after service.

Excellent service this morning from them, had an issue with low pressure on a tyre & turned up, unannounced. They dealt with my car immediately, checking all the tyres, not just the one suggesting an issue. Likely just an internal pressure issue & no fee was asked for by them for the inspection & time taken. Would recommend for any problems you have that they can fix.
