Excellent customer service, especially the driver. I didn't quite catch his name but I'm sure it was James or Jamie. It was raining heavily when my order was delivered but he gave me a hand by helping me move the 11 sheets of plasterboard in to the garage. Greatly appreciated the help. Everything delivered in perfect condition.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Only 1 person permitted in office at a time for Covid safety measures. Competitive pricing on products. Everything i required was in stock. Parking to collect can be awkward.
Checked stock online then called in to collect. They didn’t have what I needed so sadly a wasted journey. The man who served me seemed pleasant and asked his boss if he could order what I needed, the boss couldn’t conceals his irritation and spoke briefly and abruptly moaning about how little my order would be. The server said he’s a moaning faced c**t. Unprofessional. No manners. Unapproachable and just plain rude. I will not return and will recommend people go elsewhere.
As my partner is a novice at DIY he found the service from order to delivery easy. Both Chris in the office and the delivery driver gave exceptional service. Highly recommended.
