   Took my car in after speaking to Robert about windscreen wipers which I couldn't get at Halfords. Him and another chap took them off and had a look and said they aren't worn so rather than replacing with expensive wipers he cleaned them and my windscreen with screenwash which did the trick Great service and they gave me a free bag of screenwash and de-icer. Excellent service.

   My car was in for a service the customer service was spot on and very friendly. My car was taken in for its service straight away and ready for collection a few hours later along with the courtesy wash and vac completed.

   Had to take my car here for an AC recharge, arranged by the dealership in advance. Arrived at 8am and staff friendly and efficient. Car was taken into workshop about 8.30am and ready about an hour later. Overall a good experience.

   If there was less stars i would give but unfortunately have to stick to 1. Having on going issues for a year which are still not resolved for the same issue .Customer service has been terrible. If it comes to any problems on your car arnold clark do not want to know.

   Easy procedures, good customer service! BUT Prices are from another planet. Took my car for mot. Labour to change 2 control arms was £300, the control arms was £129 each when you can find the same parts for the half price. I end up with an MOT bill of £734 for a car 2017 model. Very frustrating.

   Had 1st service done to my Kia today. I had paid for a 3 year plan. I was told the car would be washed and vacuumed. Half of the drivers door was filthy when I picked it up and only the front of the car had been hoovered. This makes me a bit suspicious as to how the rest of the service had been completed. I see on a review over 12 months ago same complaint Only the front half of the car had been vacuumed!!. I also noticed Arnold clark invite you to call and discuss anything with them if not happy. Not something I would do quite honestly .Perhaps next time I will go elsewhere.
