Love this ship! There's so much to buy. I went in a couple of weeks ago and got a dvd player! They're so friendly and helpful and the prices are great!

I happen to pop into this place for some wood glue, every other shop in kirkcaldy didn't seem to stock it, this place did. Whilst kind of hidding from the storm outside I have a wee browse at the handtools. I find some speciality tools I have been looking for but keep forgetting to buy. Loads of nuts and bolts and tiny wee screws, bagged. I didn't pay much attention to Santa's snowglobes or the other stuff. Just really impressed with the selection of DIY items in such a wee place

Sold me a diary which I didn't realise was for last year. Why would anyone want to buy a diary for 2020? And then they try to be clever in their response but just show themselves to be derisive. That's no way to treat customers.

I would describe this place as a hardware shop of the old school model. Plumbing, painting, tools, fixings, fastening, garden supplies, kettles toasters, vape products and everything in-between. Topped off with helpful friendly staff.

Check the expiry dates before you buy. I went for paint. Some of it was 3 years old. The shop appears to have a lot of stock but there is very little choice within each category. There are better suppliers in the town. It's not even cheap. If I am offered out of date or short date product I expect a low price. The surprise is that this shop has survived for a great many years.

It's not bad shop lots to choose from. But last time I was there one of the staff members young kids were there. Running about and using items from the shop and hitting stuff off the shelf with it. He was using the shop as his playground. I'm sure he damaged some of the stuff. Now if that was a customer's kid. They would have something to say. Like you broke it now you must pay for it. Thete has also been times I have been served while staff or on their mobile. And just point to the total for what I need to pay. How rude
