Paid for products online items were in stock 15 hours later still no message to say it's ready so went to store for it opening at 7 to find it still closed almost half 7 and still not opened not the best experience
Was in local store today 2/5/23, Was dealt with Bye Sahra, She couldn't have been more helpful and professional advised me on where I could possibly get an item they didn't stock, Helped me with selecting the correct parts I required, I would like to say her customer relations and maner were second to none, what a pleasure to have meet her and dealt with her, she is a credit to your local branch, All company's would benefit from staff like her, Thanks for Her (your help).
Extremely helpful cheerful staff that are happy to look things up. Online orders are collected once you receive a text saying your item is in; very easy & convenient.
Ordered painting materials and received an 8 inch bucket with 12 inch rollers and extending poles that never fitted rollers either??

Staff are always friendly and polite and I've never had to wait too long. They usually have most items ready for same or next day delivery although recently I have experienced longer delays.
My new favourite shop for tools and accessories. If they don't have it in they will by lunchtime the next day. Even send you a text to say it has arrived. Very competitive prices. Helpful and friendly staff always on hand
