After an unfortunate discovery that our 3 year old telly had a crack through it on moving house, we quickly went to Currys Kirkcaldy to get a new one and Demi was fantastic at providing us with all the help we needed. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great service and very happy with our new purchase
Downright incompetent staff in this store. Ordered a laptop about18 months ago and they ordered the wrong one. Ordered another laptop and went to pick it up today and couldn't due to being given the wrong info by staff and then having the street I live in down as my name. I will be putting in an official complaint. Never ever again will I buy anything from Curry's. Useless
We were in Curry's, kirkcaldy store earlier today. I explained to Preston what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of items in my price range, made sure they were suitable for my project. He was very polite, great service and even offered to carry my new printer box out to my car, both my husband and I have mobility issues. While we were able to decline this offer we thought it a nice gesture. Keep up the good work.

An elderly neighbour was in need of a new tv .I took her to buy the said item, The two young staff were excellent in explaining the pros and cons about several tvs ( I stood back and listened ) In my opinion they were very honest and fair well done guys .
I like this store. It is light, airy, and spacious. There is a good supply of stock to browse through. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought a lot of stuff here. I would recommend it.
Had to go looking for staff to help me in the store. The guy that eventually served us knew his stuff, he was very helpful and did no hard selling.
Put my pc in repair 20th Jan before Christmas and didn’t get and information until till 3 weeks later. I was waiting for my coupon as I never ended up getting my PC back and had to wait another 2 weeks because the employee wrote my email wrong. I then had to go in multiple times to ask to change my email and each time nothing was done about it until another worker finally helped me a couple days later to change it.
Very very disappointed with their on line service. Our order was delayed by one week - with no help whatsoever from web advisers. When we eventually received the order - with no communication that it had arrived - it was missing a part. We had to return the parcel for a refund. Throughout the process we were given mis information or phone disconnected when trying to get answers. However the staff at currys shop in kirkcaldy were helpful but were unable to offer a replacement so we accepted the refund and we have purchased elsewhere.
