   Im sorry to write a bad review but no email address to contact directly. We had horrendous problems getting food delivered and they did not update me properly or provide accurate information. I would have placed an order elsewhere had I known how long it was going to be or if they had been honest about how busy they were and given a realistic delivery time. Arrived 2 hours after I had ordered via Uber Eats and about 4 repeat phone calls to chase it where I was told a driver had broken down and the food had to be remade, I am not sure this was true and think they just took too many orders. They then said the food was back out for delivery and assured me it was on the way but still didnt arrive for an hour. I had to start making food myself in the end as we were too hungry to wait and had a guest. Food was average, lukewarm when it arrived and I wouldnt have felt confident to eat it having been told it was remade an hour before which meant it had been sitting for all of that time. The hassle of trying to find out where it was had also ruined the whole point of ordering a takeaway as a treat, we rarely do it. I had a guest visiting and it was really embarrassing that the food hadnt arrived and having to check Uber Eats all evening and chase the restaurant directly spoilt the evening. There was no option to cancel the order on Uber Eats which I would have done if I could and they are refusing to refund even though the food arrived an hour after the maximum delivery time initially advised of one hour. This is unacceptable as I no longer wanted or required the takeaway.

   We've been getting food from this takeaway for years and are never disappointed. We actually particularly love the Thai food and think it rivals Thai food from exclusively Thai places! Food is always made quickly, still hot and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They also have loads of vegan/veggie options ❤️

   Avoid this takeaway!!!! This Chinese takeaway is a joke. They made up dishes because they have no idea what the actual dishes should be or how they should be cooked Our entire order was incorrectly cooked and the dishes we ordered we NOT what turned up. All the flavours were a complete mess and the the rice wasn’t even fried. More like boiled. It was if whoever cooked it just made up whatever they wanted in the kitchen because they had no clue of the actual flavours and ingredients for the actual real dishes. Disgraceful food. Will never be ordering from here again

   Ordered a red Thai curry for delivery. The beef may as well been leather cut up as it was so tough! Vegetables such as peeper, ginger and mushrooms looked like they was cut by hand or the “leathered beef.” Standard was very poor. Rice was good though and food was warm.

   Worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. Completely tasteless dishes and were swimming in oil. The ribs had strips of soggy fat on them. Sweet and sour chicken was very chewy. Definitely wasn’t cooked fresh. So bad we couldn’t eat the beef in mushroom or ribs. Don’t go here.

   The special ho fun and the monks veg. There's so much toppings on the ho fun you can barely find the noodles :) Maybe not a 5* in the grand scheme of things, but they deserve better than the rating they have at the time of writing (3.5)
