   It was ok. We generally find chopstix a great place for lunch and very tasty however, this branch we found the worst of ones we have used throughout the country. The toppings were good, very tasty and tender yet the vegetable noodles had an unusual taste. Almost like cigarette ash? Strange but staff were very friendly and service was fairly quick so can’t fault them there.

   We have been visiting this restaurant for the last two years. For the last two months, with the new staff, the opening hours, which are from 11 a.m., are absolutely not being observed. if you ask the staff at 12 o'clock when they open, the answer is I don't know, maybe in half an hour. waiting in line for 30 minutes before they bring you ready-made food is unthinkable, and of course the portions have been halved. We paid £30 for the meal and got small children's portions.

   Horrible food! I came today to try the sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. One word BLAND! the egg fried rice just tasted of fried egg white and soy sauce literally bland! The chicken was horrible as well tasted nothing like sweet and sour I can’t even properly describe how it tasted but it literally tasted like a fried plantain which is strange! Never again

   I'm not sure where chopstix actually started but for me it started in Cardiff probably 5 or 6 years ago. Good value for money with a very good variety of toppings available although this time I noticed that they have removed certian toppings like black bean chicken...price has increased a bit as well. You can bring your own drink which is a plus. Ample seating capacity with toilet facility (very clean). All in all very good experience. Just to mention that chopstix is halal as well.

   Stumbled across this place as I was walking through Cribbs Causeway. I love Chinese and Pan Asian food so this place definitely stood out. I liked the idea that the food was out and ready to be served as I was looking for a quick bite to eat. However, I was not happy with the quality of the food. The texture of the chicken was very rubbery, I began to question the realness of it. The food looked much more appetising that it actually was. The service was good and price not so bad. On the whole, a disappointing experience, won’t be visiting again unfortunately.

   Reasonably priced, good tasting food that's satisfactorily filling. While there isn't a massive choice to select from there's enough to create a new combinations for many visits. I highly recommend the chicken katsu, though it does add a little extra to the cost.
