   After my vehicle was damaged, I reached out to Call Robert. Within a single day, they had organized the collection and booked the repairs. The service was exceptional from start to finish; they even provided a like-for-like courtesy car while mine was in the shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout. They even went the extra mile by fixing the alignment on my car boot, which wasn't even part of the original repair job. > When the work was finished, my car was delivered back to me after a full valet and a thorough completion check. This is definitely a five-star company—the staff and service truly go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

   Unbelievable service from Call Robert. Was in a non fault accident. One phone call and the team picked up my car from my home address the next day while providing a courtesy car. Kept me updated throughout the full car repair. Then dropped my car back off looking better than new! Car was due MOT while it was in getting fixed and they even got that that all sorted for me too! To top it off they paid my excess for me too. First class from start to finish. Thanks very much again guys

   This company is without a doubt at the top of their league. I have just had my car returned, this is 3rd time I’ve now used Robert - honestly the service is incredible! I stupidly drove my new car into a skip and was very stressed and upset. Robert himself spoke to me straight away and told me not to worry he would sort EVERYTHING! My insurance claim, pay my exceed, come to see my car at my home, collect my car, deliver me a cursory car and deliver my car back. And he did all of this and more. I am so grateful for him doing everything to make things easier for me. There is not many big companies with the main guy still deals with it all. You can tell he really cares and knows how important giving a good service is. Wish I could give more stars! ⭐️ thanks again

   I damaged the alloy on my new car and called Robert, as I work Monday-Friday 9-5pm, I was asked to send a picture of my damaged alloy and got a call after they assessed with a reasonable price. They arranged an appointment as very local agreed to pick and drop my car as I was working. Alloy looks like brand new and nice touch added of freshener in my car which smells lovely. Great service from start to finish. Happy customer, would definitely recommend. Thank you

   Absolutely brilliant service and workmanship. Got my Honda bumper and quarter panel fixed after a scuff, the team painted it perfect and blended flawlessly with original paint. Had it back a day early too. Communication and professionalism is excellent. Defo wont go anywhere else! Thanks alot

I can’t praise this company highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I really appreciated the fast repair and convenient, hassle free service that Call Robert provided.    Highly recommend! Had my bumper replaced at Call Robert. Excellent and well finished job. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication from friendly and non patronising staff. Kept me up to date and explained options and pricing to me clearly. Even a surprise valet of my car after they finished the job!
