   Hired the wood chipper for the day. James from customer service was excellent and prior to delivery he sent an email with a full set of instructions.The delivery guy also explained how to use the equipment very clearly. Delivery and collection were on time too. A great company to hire from. Note: if you have sensitive ears like me, you may wish to consider ear defenders as the machine is loud. Eye protection would also be beneficial as the wood chips can bounce back towards you.

   I hired a micro digger for a day and found the machine in excellent order and delivery guy went through the controls with me and made sure I understood it as I never driven one before. They delivered and picked up the digger on time and office staff also pleasant to talk to and price was right for me. Overall I highly recommend the company.

   If our first experience of Basically Tool Hire is anything to go by - we will be back! Unable to use a generator that has been left on site, these guys had us sorted within a couple of hours to complete a fairly complicated deep clean for my company. No electric, no hot water = nightmare! More importantly they sent the lovely Callum to deliver who helped us no end. Fast, efficient, exceptionally professional and approachable - everything you need in a company. Thank you for being a solution in a short space of time. Not all heroes wear capes!
