   If I could give 10 stars I would. City plumbing supplies in Albert street are one of the most attentive, helpful and all round great companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. David knows his products and nothing is ever a bother. I’ve just done an Ensuite and a cloakroom and plan the bathroom next year. He’ll likely leave his position when he hears I’ll be back. Let’s just say I changed my mind a few times!! I’d never go anywhere else now. Cannot recommend this company and David highly enough. Thankyou

   Very poor experience all round. City Plumbing were recommended by my bathroom installer. I spent an hour with a staff member designing a new ensuite and bathroom- a pretty big project. I was told a detailed costed product list would follow shortly. Two weeks later I chased things up only to get the most bizarre story. The licence on their design software had expired so the could no longer access my designs! I had to go back to redo things. Except they could not use their new software. We had to draw up a product list using an earlier design from another supplier. When a product list and costing appeared it was riddled with errors. Things we discussed were omitted- non slip shower trays, wall cabinet matching base units and correct heated towel rails. Then when goods were delivered things were missed and we got unit doors that had nothing to do with us and we're not on the delivery note. So presumably some other customer was missing goods. All in all an awful experience considering how much I was spending with them.

   I''ll never buy from them again. I popped in to buy an item that their website said was in stock at this branch. Turns out it wasn’t but the staff said they could get it for me by tomorrow and they requested I pay for the item upfront. The item didn’t arrive the next day. As the days passed, I began calling them about once a week to see what was happening. They always said it would arrive in the next few days. After about 3 weeks, I requested a refund which they agreed to and said it would be processed in 3 to 5 working days. Guess what? The refund never arrived. Again, I called about once a week to ask when the refund would come through and every time they said it would go through tomorrow. In the end I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. They caused me nothing but hassle and the staff who work there are extremely comfortable with this level operation. They gave me a strong impression that my experience, is their standard practice. Hence, I will never buy from them again.

   I went into several shops including B&Q and Screwfix but no one was able to give me the piece I was looking for, they were also annoyed by my request and told me that this piece doesn't exist. I walked into City Plumbing, the gentleman who served me was kind and fast and within 5 seconds he gave me the piece I needed. If like me you are not in the trade and you need pieces relating to plumbing, go to this shop and you will find trained and kind staff. Thanks again to solved my problem and to let me save money!

   I needed a replacement for a cistern handle but didn't actually end up buying one from City Plumbing...! Spoke with a member of staff - Ryan who was very professional and helpful. When he learnt that there wasn't any stock available for the model I needed, which meant a 2 week wait period as opposed to 3 days, he advised that I may prefer to look elsewhere online instead of waiting. Great customer service even though it didn't end up in a sale.

   Needed a toilet and unit at very short notice. Jordan was excellent. Despite my poor description of what I wanted, he sourced everything I needed and had it delivered the next morning. The items look fab and I’m delighted with the end result. Thank you City Plumbing and especially, Jordan.
