   extremely rude shop assistant for amazon collection; after scanning my codes he said there is no parcel; bad attitude; told me to receive parcels at my home address just because he couldnt locate my parcel initially; i had to ask him to look for it again and after a lot of sarcasm and rude attitude he managed to find my parcel and threw it towards me on the counter; i have told everyone I know not to use his shop anymore
