   This is a good Iceland store, and it's very convenient to have it in our area. The staff are friendly, and the shop offers a great selection of popular brands with excellent deals. There are plenty of parking spaces available, making it easy to visit. I will definitely be going back.

   Good verity of fresh & frozen foods it's just a pity the staff let it down. I saw 5 members of staff & not one smiled or acknowledged I was there, the girl on the till never made eye contact, told me the amount I had spent the only time she spoke was to ask if I wanted a receipt very poor customer service

   The shop is fine. I contacted them beginning of October about the car park lights not working and it being dangerous and unsafe. Even though they knew they were not working in September as they sent someone out to look at them. Now in December still not working. Iceland don't seem to care for the safety of their customers and appear to be putting profit and money over customer safety by fixing the lights. Shame on you Iceland you are a disgrace.

   Used to love shopping here but the prices have well shot up. Which I understand in the current climate, but looks like we will be shopping at Aldi from now on. Chicken quarter pounders are £2 in Iceland, £1.29 in aldi. Every penny saved counts at this time.

   Prefer this store to the warehouse at Straiton as it's bright, clean and easy to get around. The lassie on the till was nice and chatty. Love that 60+ get 10% off the bill.

   Well laid out store and good signage of high street brands above freezers. The checkouts were unattended with staff having to stack shelves as the store appeared to be very quiet at which is usually a busy time of day.
