Got scammed into buying HEETS for my friend’s IQOS device instead of TEREA as they did not have any TEREA and convinced me that the HEETS would work on the device. They were the only place opened that time, so I listened to them. Turns out that HEET is outdated and didn’t work as it wasn’t compatible with the device and when I came back to return or exchange a brand new unopened pack, they didn’t allow it, though it was clearly their mistake. Prices also seem to be higher. Do not recommend.

Shop and luggage drop-off to be avoided at all costs. The reception staff are rude and rip off tourists! We were stuck with our luggage and as a result he made us pay more than expected. We are taking action against him via the Nanny Bag website. I hope he will no longer be part of this network.

Why have yourselves listed as a parcel drop off location if the machine conveniently doesn’t work the 3x times I’ve been in the last few months

Went to send a Yodel parcel. The man behind the counter repeatedly "joked" that I'd need to pay £800 for the service as I was "rich". He only stopped doing this when I directly asked him to stop, as I was short on time and it was not an appropriate joke to make. Then when I gave him the code (can be used as an alternative to a barcode), he stated his Collect+ device wouldn't accept codes, which is highly irregular. Had to take the parcel to alternative shop down the road, which processed the code/parcel without issue. Adding everything up, there are MASSIVE red flags regarding this Costcutter and the people running the franchise. Judging by the other reviews, my advice is to avoid this shop at all costs.

Open 24hr. Not quite the same variety of stock as pre-Covid but if you need cat food or loo rollat 3am or you are on your way back from a party it still hits the spot.

Fair for what it is - a corner convieniance store, open late, with basic low-cost staples. Not for all your groceries, but works when you're in a pinch. Staff was friendly.

One small bag m&ms and one bag haribo 4.28£ ,i was so surprised i did not ask for a receipt to check costs of items. I am still trying to understand how it is possible to make 4.28£ out of these 2 items!! They should have costed 2£ at most! Such a robbery. Stupid me for going. Don't go

Would rate 0 stars if I could, been scammed once, almost twice. Don't use if you have had a had a drink as they have no hesitation to try scam you, 1st time I bought a bag of crisps and a soft drink, and out of my £20 note was given about £7.80 the second time they tried pulling the same scam but I left the shop, counted my change, and went back in to which the cashier said oh sorry and gave my change with no hesitation meaning he knew what he'd done and didn't try argue it.
