   I had a disappointing experience when collecting a parcel at the shop yesterday. I went in and asked about the parcel I was supposed to collect. Instead of retrieving it, the person behind the counter simply pointed to the floor, saying he was too busy stacking shelves. There were two other staff members in the shop who could have assisted, but no one offered to help. As a result, I had to search through around 50 parcels myself to find the correct one.

   The woman who serves is always lovely, but everyone else (mainly the male shop manager) is… not great. I’ll bring parcels in, then he’ll give me all my stickers at once, so I don’t know which parcel they correspond to. This is to save him time in doing the parcels separately, but means I’ve sent off the wrong parcels to the wrong person before. He will also ask you to get out of the way if someone is behind you in the queue buying something but you’re sending parcels. They ask you to leave them on the top of the fridge or on the floor of the shop, and have you rummage through a huge bag on the floor to look for your parcel if you have something sent there.

   Absolutely shocking service, appalling is putting it politely. I had a parcel delivered (that they initially refused to accept the day before). When I went to pick it up with my proof of ID and the email, they wouldn't give me my parcel, no barcode in the email but everything else was there. After 50mins of back and forth with my seller, the apparent Shop Manager, still nothing and even though my parcel is there, he still wouldn't give it to me, even though he was advised that it is me and my parcel!!!!! In essence I am shocked by a genuine lack of basic customer service, refusal to give me what is mine and his attitude was disgusting. AVOID!!!!

   Always treated courteously, has good stock to choose from and if he doesn't stock something you wish he did he will look for it when doing there stock. Never had any past by date milk or other perishable stuff.
