I've been using this store for some time there's a certain Tesco employee his name is musab,, absolutely friendly and happy and excellent customer care this young man is a credit to Tesco
Great store , being Tesco express Its big but not as big as Tesco regular store , but great for convenience as it sells a wide range of products from groceries to shamooo, cleaning products Medicines , breakfast foods , Fresh fruit and veg , frozen and canned goods bread , milk , but have really nice sandwhiches , cheese and ham , chicken mayo , very handy Newspapers and magazines . Yeah, good convenience type store .
Have had a few bad experiences in this store but today was the final straw customer service doesn’t happen here trying 2send to small parcel evri machine is on for a change website says it working print label go to counter refuse parcel as no space on shelf looks pretty empty to me so called manager Jamie says am not taking them shop is a joke attitude even worse I know they get a lot of problems in this store but really ther is a service they should be providing it will not be using store again really should look at there customer service as none in this store
Reposting again; Such a worst persons working over there. No one cares about anything. They have time to chat and smoke outside the shop. There is one small lady and a tall boy always chatting teach other and doing nothing Some staff don't know how to handle customers. Reposting, Still the same to all the customers. Especially the small lady.

It is a small supermarket close to where I live, well stocked I recommend it
The new self checkouts are terrible. They're very cramped and unintuitive. There's a lot less room for items to sit before scanning, and a lot less bagging room as well, makes it feel rather cumbersome when bringing my own bag. The loss of the bottom scanner shelf makes it much more difficult and uncomfortable when scanning items, it feels much less natural hovering my items in the air in front of the machine until it decides it's good enough to scan. 0/10 on these checkouts I'm afraid, just going to queue up next time.
After working here for two years since this store first opened back when I remember putting the first items on the shelves I have to say I really enjoyed my time here. The majority of the staff here are awesome and hardworking, customers are a number one priority and we always love to have a banter with the locals. The shop is so busy throughout the day it's actually a difficult task trying to keep stocks full! This store contains most essentials you need, with a somewhat larger variety of the most popular items. If you think you need something that you might not think is in this shop, you would be surprised, just ask the staff and we will have a look.
