   My wife ordered a click and collect shopping order 2 days before Christmas. First of all I arrived at the start of the collection time slot and received no confirmation email. I went inside to customer service and was told someone would be righy out. I then waited 25 mins and still no help. I went back in and was told the picking staff had left at 2.30 (it was now after 4) and they were running behind. When they eventually brought our order 40 mins after I arrived i was rushed to put it in the car. When I got home and began putting the shopping away we found not only had many subs been made without informing us, but they had also given short dated items, some of which were purchased for Christmas dinner and would not still be in date. This was my first and last time using morrisons for this service.

   Okay selection but the experience was not great because the recite to scan to open the gate to get out of the self check out didn’t work. I don’t recommend Morrisons because it’s a rubbish supermarket. I’ll rather go to Tesco it’s such a better experience and amazing selection.

   When I went to the cafe the staff informed me that they had ran out of most food options and kept making changes to my order while offering 0 compensation for ruining my experience. Will never come again, better to buy from the deli in the back.

   Had a lovely breakfast in the Cafe on Monday with my Husband and 2 children. KIM in the cafe was wonderful, very helpful at the til and was so accommodating. She made our little morning cafe trip even better and I just want Morrisons to know Kim deserves a raise, she was the nicest lady ever! Thanks!

   It's not a huge shop, so their selection is sometimes smaller than I would like, but it's nearby, convenient and has most of the everyday essentials (plus some rather nice non-essentials too, like their fresh fruit pies!)

   A big improvement in Morrisons prices if some items very good but have to shop around. Lots of choice. Cafe a great improvement from waiting for a small breakfast for one day an hour and the next week 45 minutes. Now it's very quick better staff and lovely and warm and clean. We go every week for a lunch.

   We went for breakfast at the cafe. It was very short staffed. The girl at the front was on her own doing everything, taking orders, clearing tables, restocking the drinks area. Too much for one person to do on a busy Sunday morning. And one person in the kitchen. The two of them did as well as they could, but another member of staff would make all the difference.
