I work early morning every second weekend, it says here open at 7:30 but the rudest employee told a group of us that he was told not to open till 8:00… what? I’d expect at least for this to match what is being said, very misleading, or there should be a notice in store. Instead we get a nippy ‘go to the other one’ instead of a proper explanation? Terrible honestly. The evening staff are lovely, mind you.

Just moved to the area. Not bad shop. Staff seem nice. Good selection of fresh and frozen premium food.
Ok for the size of the shopping
Good place although they they recently majorly upped the price of pringles for about two weeks then changed it back the first week of it I didn't notice and kept wondering why my totals kept suddenly being so high then I bought the pringles in their own and realized other than that good place to shop have been going there for years really friendly staff. (Some off you may have seen my last review which I deleted I somehow mistook this shop for another one because of the large amount of places Google sends me to review gave a not so good review)
EXTREMELY Poor standards of presentation and one particular RUDE colleague. The following is NOT a one off.... Countless baskets either not priced or filled with one product with the ticket advertising something completely different? Bizarre. When I pointed this out to a member of staff (Mars chocolate bars with Reece's ticket one example) they laughed and carried on, one WEEK later and no change - Popcorn with Lees Snowballs ticket / McVities Digestives with FOXS Creams ticket, the list just goes on and on - Unbelievable! Numerous missing tickets on hooks and shelves across the store makes for a very difficult shopping experience. Both myself and my wife have spoken to numerous duty managers and colleagues over the past couple of years so clearly disinterested. Back to the elderly female behind the tills, my goodness what a horror of a person. I swear I'll post her name next time I witness poor service. Telling customers off, publicly humiliating them for not going to another till point for hot food. Joking with staff in front of customers about a regular male customer who chooses to wear a skirt, DISGUSTING attitude. Waited until I got to the till point having queued to say "I've finished my shift so you'll have to go to the self service till". IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION REQUIRED.
