   My rating is for one reason can you please hire more people that actually want to serve people plsssss not just hide or stare at your face!!’ They could make 10x the revenue if they actually tried a rare thing these days called CUSTOMER SERVICE!! hope things improve seriously! Good clothes, shoes- trainer's and sports equipment Just need proactive staff!!

   I always find discounted shoes here. There's quite a lot of trainers for everyone. I love the swimming costumes especially for mothers and children. Conveniently there were quite a lot of children's football socks and accessories too! Love the footballs, and perfumes too. Lastly there's some affordable suitcases for children which have lasted a few years. Overall I am content visiting this store instead of going to the busier one in Uxbridge.

   Poor staff service. I got 2 packs of socks which were in the sale 2 for £7.50 but it didn’t work on the till apparently because they were different sizes even though they were the exact same type of sock in the same price deal. The first employee said we don’t have more of this sock. The second employee was rude. The third employee said maybe there’s more upstairs but didn’t tell us where to find them or help us find them, she was lazy and unhelpful. All staff in this shop are shocking at their job.

   Staff, polite,, attentive and followed up on my requests for a specific karrimor item out of stock in Maidenhead. Directed to on line services with excellent no rush for them to please atmosphere. Security knew where my items were also upstairs. At this stage I wish I was offered the choice of a customer lift with my injured hip. However leaving the store the same stores person guided me to the lift location for my next visit Thankyou so much No sale today but... But I was handled well and will call again ( with such an array of varied stock and choice also) with good feelings i wasnt a burdon on their in house duties Yours sincerely Steve Anderson (Marlow)

   I wanted to return one item that doesn't suit me and they want me to use a voucher in their stores. Which I find disrespectful and unkind towards the customer. We should be able to decide where we could expend our money instead to be forced to leave it in their pockets.
