   had a very bad abusive experience by store manager ms.anita. she was very abusive,condescending,roguish,disrespectful.wonder how she became a store manger.very bad for the store.i am pretty sure she is the bad apple over there.i have already filed a complaint with the customer service.if they continue to employ her i will avoid sportsdirect for ever.its such a shame a good brand like sportsdirect is spoiled by bad people

   I had a very disappointing experience in your store today. I was left waiting for over 20 minutes just to ask about a shoe size, and every time I approached a sales assistant, they seemed to avoid helping me. When I finally went to the cashier desk for assistance, the woman at the till (of Indian appearance) was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist in any way. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and I left the store without being served.

   Visited the Sports Direct store in Ealing (Zone 3, West London), and overall I was quite disappointed. The store is fairly well-stocked, but many of the items felt overpriced considering their quality. I expected better value for money, especially for basic sportswear and shoes. Staff weren’t particularly helpful either — no one offered assistance, and it was hard to find someone to ask questions. It’s convenient if you live nearby, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to shop here. Definitely not the best Sports Direct branch I’ve been to.

   I brought shoes for me from wembley sports direct before 3 weeks after that i went my back home India for some emergency issue. After that i come back and i check my shoes size is bitt big not comfortable. I went for exchange ealling broadway sports direct I select the correct size shoes and i went for billing counter with cashier check my shoes and she has doubt it is used look like that she said i need to confirm with manager and after that the discussed internally and decide to decline exchange and they said go to wembley sports direct my work place in southall so i went ealling broadway it is same brand why they declined and i also share my shoes photos it is not use just try at home or possibly someone try this shoes at store . Manager need to help me as a manager my job shift time slso near by I'm running late now. I definitely go and exchange my shoes from same person. I do not know the branch manager name but i will post once I know. Very bad experience, big store one one cashier no one for help. See the photos you think this is used ? If you don't want to exchange straight away said dont give know answer to anyone.

   Terrible experience 16/12/2023 faced at Sports Direct 21-23 The Broadway Ealing Vat No: GB 898 4397 43 due to false advertisement. We purchased a gaming keyboard product - Trust GXT833 Thado TKL Ke, where the price displayed on the box is £14.98 however when we arrived at the till the staff said the system showed £17.98. This is false advertisement under the Consumer Protection law from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers. The staff was extremely rude at the till and did not give us any option and suggested we either pay or simply not buy the product. I have attached the proof of pictures for reference for the experience we faced.

   Do not go and buy from them. And if you do that, make sure you don’t need to return the item because they won’t refund your money back. They say this is the company policy. So I am not recommending you to waste your money in this store. READ THE POLICY FIRST

   The store manager is a rude guy he was being rude with a kid who asked if he had his shoes size and when i said something i got refused to be served by all the staff in the store that guy should be not allowed to work in retail not to mention for him to be a sore manager. I hope the guy will be fired as is not fit to work in retail

   The store manager was the rudest ever I met. We were buying shoes for family and wanted to buy 6 pairs. We were three of us and had about 4 pairs of shoes on the floor which we all were trying . He was complaining that we had too many shoes out to try and shouted at us and asked us to leave his store. He was very #racist and behaved like a #bully at us. He was even rude to the store assistant, who was indeed very professional and helping us. I also found that this guy has also been reported in other tweets/revs on social media and I wonder why #SportsDirect does nothing!

   I think this shop has been open since before I was born. Used to come here a lot as a kid, so glad to see it reopen post-lockdown. I come here to get all my games and consoles, staff are quite friendly and knowledgable and seem like the kind of people you can have a good chat with.
