Awful store, waited half an hour for the assistant to fetch the second trainer for my right hand trainer. Woman next me picked a trainer and asked for the second one, these were £110 .The assistant came back to her and said they haven't got the left trainer! She said why put a trainer on the shelf for sale if they haven't got both. Shocking
I got an email saying that my product had arrived. But when I went to the store and checked, I didn’t get my product. The shop is a few miles away from my home. Not only that, I had to pay cash to park my car and then walk some distance to reach the shop. And after all that, they told me it will take another two to three days. this incident has made me very upset. The product was meant to be a gift for my wife, and that too did not happen. I am also not happy with the behavior of the staffs. They didn’t even apologize. I am very disappointed.
Came to collect a parcel and 3 people behind the till talking to each other and no one bothered serving the queue and the lady on the till was so RUDE - FULL OF HERSELF AS SHE WAS DOING CUSTOMERS A FAVOUR… took them 25 mins to bring the parcel out … after asking 10 times and they kept passing parcel information from one person to another ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Whenever I want to buy something I usually have no problem, except that the fitting room is sometimes locked (but staff usually open it up within a few minutes). Other than that, the staff are really kind, the infrastructures good and the queues are never too long.

I ordered a product to be delivered to the store. It was not delivered within the promised timeline. It was not a problem with the shipment, it was delivered to the respective store the next day but they have not updated the status in online portal. I visited the store thrice to finally get the product. They were very complacent in their approach and also not properly searching for the concerned product. During my third visit to the store they were able to locate the product and that too by 4 th person who tried to search. I had to wait in the store for 1 hr to finally collect this.
Popped into the store at the end of July so I can buy some shoes. Once finding a shoe I wanted to try on I asked a member of staff if I can try this shoe in my size. The member of staff then directed me towards a different member of staff and was advised to ask them and so I did. Long story short I had asked 3 different members of staff if I can try this shoe on in my size and all 3 staff members advised me to ask a different member of staff. Absolutely zero customer service, don’t understand how people are like this all because they do not want to do their job properly.
Visited this afternoon, Sun 31st Oct 21 with my children. Purchased a pair of Adidas Gazelle trainers for my eight year old son, his first! Overall, a great experience, first class customer service by a young lady, Suktana, I think. Suktana, helped my young son find the right pair of trainers for him. This shop has plenty of choice with regards to trainers and sports clothing, branded and non branded. Five Star Service! Highly Recommended!
