   Great service and advice at competitive prices. Mr Malik took time to help my son with his cricketing needs. All the while explaining the equipment, quality and size differences with the bat for example and other such facts - he is well knowledgeable. I appreciated his policy on returns dictating hygiene first which meant he would not exchange items that might might compromise quality and hygiene. Good to know.

   "Be aware of MB Malik" I went to buy kits for my son. Very unprofessional in their approach so I wasn't very happy so wanted to return everything I bought before leaving the store. I was told they set their rules and nothing can be refunded and they don't care about customer interest. I was told to look at the notice. I have included the picture.

   I received very bad experience as a customer when i was there for the second time! The worst behaviour a customer can think of from both the shopkeepers (actually they are father and son). They both were so rude. Bought a lot of things including gloves, shoes, trousers, jersey, ball etc but the gloves and shoe’s quality was so poor that I only could use them in 2-3 matches!

   Bought some MB gloves pro edition and after a couple of time of using them in the nets the thumb part of the glove has come apart.. have tried to contact the company on social media, however I have had no reply… Really really poor quality of product and would never buy MB Malik again.. stick to CA sports equipment

   I went to Malik Sports with my son to buy him a range of cricket gear (they stock a much broader range of sports gear.) Great decision. They have a well stocked selection of bats, pads, helmets, gloves and balls and the owner's son Zain was on hand to guide us. We were given all the time and advice we needed - great patience and good old fashioned customer service. The prices were very reasonable too. When taking a helmet to the till, I must have dropped a small piece of padding without realising. When I called the store on my return home to double check they were all too happy to help - and actually posted the item back to me. Excellent service and good value for money. Thank you.
