   Parcel service is an absolute joke. You have to sift through tons of parcels which have zero organisation by date or name. It's time consuming and a complete invasion of privacy as you can see everyone's parcels with their names and address too! Machine frequently down too, and I've missed postage deadlines despite numerous attempts to send. I hate collecting/sending parcels from here!

   Parcel collection absolutely chaos, you have to look yourself for your parcel, there is no order. I could have walked out with parcels that did not belong to me, it would have been so easy as the chap in the store that was serving didn't even rise from his seat. I'll get a photo next time, hopefully not a next time but I'll try. Not exactly secure.

   Went there to collect a parcel. Staff were so unhelpful, started a phone call while serving. When we asked for help he just repeated himself. Then threw a receipt at us.
