   Very, very rude......shall never, ever be back in this shop again..... customer service was absolutely 'appalling', the so called 'owner' needs to take a 'DIY' crash course in manners.......only sorry your father did retire 5 years ago......but even feel sorrier for the '1000 customers' that frequent 'your' shop on a weekly basis as 'you' so rudely informed me....... I only hope none of them are ever left the way I was left feeling today........

   Would not recommend this business. I have worked in retail for 15 yrs and this is the worst customer service I've had . Not only is the product double the price of other places it arrives damaged ! When ýou point this out your told . . Well that's how it cones to us and don't bother asking us to deliver to you again .!!!
