Mediocre at best staff are a no show the manager was no help after I had an online order to collect that said it had been delivered to only be told that my parcel had already been collected which I find disgusting that they would allow just anyone to take a parcel without any proof
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered what I thought were M shirts, but received a much smaller size than expected (S). To make things worse, I now have to pay additional fees just to return the item. This is frustrating and feels unfair, especially when I clearly selected M. I won’t be buying from Sports Direct again.

Saw a pair of trainers on sale for £40, fantastic! Get to the till and they are £65. Apparently you can only get the sale price if you buy them on finance??? This was not on the label, and to me is just false advertising and encouraging people to get themselves into debt to get something for a cheaper price. Bad show guys, won't be using again...
They stock my favourite super comfortable gel sole Skechers and at a good price.

Temperature in store was tropical, no air con, making it near impossible to shop. Very poor selection of women's running shoes and the ones they did have, no sizes were available. Also no mirrors to see how footwear might look!

Excellent Prices ! Not hounded by staff ! Very friendly and professional service when needed and given. Great to have a more local store now in Walton on Thames especially after loosing the local independent sports shop and big independent shoe shop - saves a trip to Kingston upon Thames #shoplocal
Staff mostly quite friendly and helpful, although as is often the case at Sports Direct branches staff are few and far between, causing long queues at busy times, and returns are always a nightmare. It was quite quiet when I visited, with three members of staff visible across both floors. Trainers for adults and kids downstairs, with running and hiking footwear upstairs. Not as big as some branches, and stock was very low on some lines, with common sizes unavailable.
