   These guys always go above and beyond to get your car back on the road. Extremely trustworthy and friendly. I have used them for 6 years and highly recommend them. My battery died so they gave me a new one and told me to drive around for a few days and come back and pay for it if that was what was wrong.

   Had my car in for a service and to check clunking noise when I turned the steering wheel. Picked my car up and brought back the next day as it was still clunking, although much quieter and less often. They said that the issue had been fixed and that the noises I was hearing weren't anythjng to worry about... I respected their professional opinion. I asked them if they would do a gearbox oil change as well as I drive a lot and my gear changes were a little sticky. ( I obviously expect to pay for these services that I want carried out.) The car was a few days later than expected so they never charged me for the inconvenience which I thought was a nice gesture. However in the next couple of weeks the clunking worsened again. I took it to a much larger chain garage in Glasgow. Turns out that instead of just replacing a rubber boot on the drive shaft, they cable tied it. This had since snapped and meant i needed to replace the full drive shaft and have a repair done to the front mount. They also hadnt changed my oil surprise surprise. They charged me £130 for the cable tie and the actual repair that was needed due to their brazen laziness cost me £800 Avoid these scumbags at all costs. If you think there actually doing anything during your mot or service then your as big a mug as I was. I'll be sure to be back for the money you owe me.

   Booked car in. Was given a time. Turned up early. Told that because some local garages use them I would have to come back in an hour or so. Maybe they will be started by then! My money and custom not important? I left with the car. Never be back. If you cant trust customer service can you trust anything else?

Jim is always on hand to advise on the oily bits whilst offering first class service to all his customers.... the comment below about 'crooks' is utter nonsense, i cannot recommend your service more highly, thank you once again Jim and boys! Try it,you won't be disappointed.
