4 new tyres at a great price. Kept well informed about what was happening and told that in a few thousand miles I would need to replace my front brake pads. Which I knew but it was good to get it confirmed.
Booked a simple headlight alignment, got told the bracket was melted (even though I installed it the day before), a finger-flip for good measure, and a refund email later. Checked the bracket myself—it was fine. The alignment was okay, but the customer service? Straight out of a sitcom. One star.
I received ot a phonecall the night before my MOT to explain the MOT ramp was broken and were not aware when it would be fixed, therefore, MOT appointment cancelled. I called back a few days later and the problem had been fixed and booked another appointment for an MOT. On the morning of the second booked MOT, I received a phonecall again explaining there was a problem with MOT ramp! Heard enough by this point and told them to refund me, they are not getting a third chance as would likely be told the same excuse again!!!! I'm going elsewhere for my MOT.
The lad on the front desk at 8am (4/3) was absolutely brand new. Helped me with an issue I had, and explained what was happening and why. Great member of your team. 10/10
Called up on Wednesday and got booked in for a diagnostic the next day. Spoke with Jordan, who was extremely helpful and professional, with fantastic customer service. I was updated throughout the day and got a full diagnosis. Booking in to have more work done on the car wasn't an issue. Great, professional service with decent prices. Highly recommend!
Not happy, booked an appointment on line but when i arrived they said they had no knowledge of me? They suggested that i go to the other outlet further down the road as maybe they had my booking? But they had no knowledge either? Not the staffs fault i know, its the booking system that's at fault, i had been warned by a friend to call and check they had my booking before i went as the same thing happened to her, my problem was that i was instructed to be there for 8.30 which is the time they opened? Really not happy.
The guy was so helpful explaining that I'd booked the wrong thing and what I needed was actually cheaper. There was a delay that day but not their fault. I will be using them again.
