Nice selection & friendly staff. Not had an issue before, but when I was in recently getting hot food and drink to take away. When I had left and having had my drink, it tasted just of hot milk rather than coffee. A bit disappointing.

Visited two days ago. Big difference from Winchburgh branch! Asked very helpful member of staff for assistance in locating Mince rounds? Recommended Butchers own against Bells…….. Spot on! Best Mince round on planet! Wish I had asked her name as she was very helpful an enthusiastic. An asset to any store.

I like the choices of items here and, for me, easy to get to... however, I do find checking out slow and frustrating more often then not. Sometimes, fast, pleasant and efficient. Other times, slow - one notable occasion, the cashier, very friendly, chatting with the person that was checking out (positive for community feel), however, it was a little excessive especially as the queue was growing. I was next, gave up and used self check out - and yes, still got out before that other person!!!!

Have to say this is a great wee shop. Loads of choice and with the addition of the butcher amazing. The butcher is a little more pricey but you get really good quality produce. The recent addition of the cook range is also very welcome. Good selection of drink and not too pricey, in fact it's all pretty reasonable.

Good mid sized supermarket. As with all supermarkets at the moment some staples on low supply so a few empty slots on shelves but was able to pick up the majority of items required to cook a weekend menu for 18 people. Went to this store in particular to use their in store butcher ( The Butchery) to get some nice burgers and breakfast items. Would recommend trying out the butcher counter for quality butcher meat that will beat any other supermarket in the area and arguably some local butchers.

Sexy and vibrant place. You can found everything here, it's over expensive but you will be able to found lot of bargains is well. I use shop on daily basis and very pleased with custom service.

Local swift shop run Large enough store with plenty options including the £5 meal deal. Selection of offers on meat like 2 for £7 etc. Pet food and freezer options. Bakery is good but is extra expensive (and it’s not Greggs). Can be expensive but on the whole for a high street store it’s what you’d expect to pay. I find the stock replenishing rather frustrating and often things are not reordered due to lack of customer buying that item. Which can be frustrating. Electrical items way over priced. Self serve options available but not for cigarettes or alcohol. Flexible payment options with a cash line on the wall outside for ease. 80% staff are lovely friendly and helpful. Occasionally you get the pair who are having their own conversation while serving customers which is not great and I’m not saying they don’t need to communicate with each other. Just sometimes you are served and not even spoken to until they have to ask if you want cash back which annoys them as then they need to be acknowledge you are there. On the whole half the town work or have worked in there so there is always plenty local banter.. supervisors are great also.
