No stock and the store is flithly. Can't blame Christmas shopping just bad management and planning. Now going to have to waste Diesel going to Edinburgh or Dunfermline.

Always something I need 'temporarily' out of stock. Their 4 pint organic whole milk has been out of stock for over 2 months but is readily available at other tesco shops. Frequently low on common vegetables such as potatoes. A staff member told me there was a worldwide shortage of tomato puree only for me to find the local co-ops shelf full of it. They also discontinue things at will so I have to go to a proper tesco to get them. This is the only supermarket in South Queensferry and I'm disappointed 9 times out of 10. Save your time and shop elsewhere. Staff are too busy having a carry on with each other to care about anything, they are all 12 and are clearly just there for the money and a laugh. Very poorly run shop.

I visit this store quite often. Usually, I have no real issues. But today felt a little off. Checkout female was so distracted by another male staff member that she kept turning around with her back to me. I tried on 3 occasions to make light conversation but she never acknowledged. Quite rude. I do have praise for the Tesco mobile phone part of this store however. Staff who work there are always extremely helpful. The coffee shop is decent enough and reasonably priced. Gents clothes section is quite ridiculous in size compared to ladies and childrens. Could be better. 3 out of 5 for me.

Would you like to buy a plant at Tesco South Queensferry. Great selection outside the store but all bone dry and dying. Suggested to a disinterested member of staff they might try watering them. She said she would get someone to "look into it" but did nothing. What a shame. Dozens of good plants wasted by sheer neglect.

Plenty of product choice with ample free parking

Today 21/06/22. Right outside the store front door about £1000 worth of dead and dying plants. Rack upon rack of plants drier than the Gobi dessert. Sadly 90% of them are beyond help from water now. Customers will be charged extra on their other shopping to cover this dreadful waste of money. All because NONE of the staff have ever watered these plants. Quite frankly the store manager is lazy and incompetent and should be sacked in disgrace.

Fuel station never seems to open at 6am even though that is the time stated on the website suppose to be open till midnight just arrived there at 2350 and yet again its not open. Tescos needs to either update the website of the hours have changed or have a word with the store manager and sort out whatever staff problems that are causing this!

staff in the cafe very cheerful polite and helpful. We regularly have breakfast here and are always made welcome. Taking the time chat as they serve makes a great deal of difference.

This so-called 'superstore' has a very poor selection of organic products: no organic orange juice or organic bread, no organic meat apart from chicken, regular organic fruit limited to just bananas and apples (from New Zealand!) organic vegetables restricted to carrots, spinach and a few salad items. Other Brexit-related shortages of other items are also becoming more apparent now.
