   Visiting this store often when I've got work to do at Kirkliston, Conifox area and that's always quick, stressless experience. Very Friendly Staff, especially Sarah and the beardy guy wearing glasses with earrings (Liam? Kill me if Im wrong but not sure about His name,sorry).

   Absolutely shocking lack of supply of grocery. At this rate skip this store and go to winchburgh or Queensferry Tesco. Poor stock considering it’s in the heart of the village.

   Well stocked shop which is handy for the Kirkliston around it and also has hot food counter and a coffee machine too. The car park only has a few spots, but apart from that, has what you would want from a local shop.

   Very handy grocery store directly in the centre of kirkiston, a medium- sized village on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It has all the products that a larger supermarket might sell, but in much smaller quantities and lines, but there may be a few items here and there that might not be stocked. The layout of the store is very decently accessible and has reasonably wide lanes to shop in. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, especially towards out of towners and they do like to get to know their customers. There are a couple of minor drawbacks, like the fact that their prices are a bit higher than competitors elsewhere, but that is offset by the fact that it is located in the exact centre of the town. All staff wear communication headsets meaning that if you might have any queries and the cashiers don't know the answer to, they can quickly find out by speaking with another colleague nearby to find the answer for you. There is a cash machine outside the store inside, they accept both cash and card payments at either the self checkouts or the main till. i hope this helps other visitors to the town.

   Waited ages to get served. Poor selection of food to go for peak time. Lots of dust around the till area. And build up of dirt around the floor edges. Store standards have certainly went downhill in this convience store.

   Went in tonight at 959 pm to buy cigarettes, lady who served was very abrupt saying tills were off and she shouldn’t be using self service , I thought no matter what item are I could be served till closing at 10pm? Still got my items but a bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss

   I totally get a no dog policy at a shop but tried to go in to just a buy milk with my puppy in my rucksack with his head out the top. Got asked by the manager to leave and wasn’t allowed to buy milk. What a joke.

   Why on Sunday 24th may was I unable to have a transaction put through a till point at 9.35 pm?only self serve was available.not much use when an electricity top up was required..till points were put off early was the explanation....was it a technical fault?..if not could those inconvienced get an explanation please..thank you..

   Staff friendly, helpful and polite. Clean shop. Worth a visit. Normal local shop with prices a bit higher than bigger supermarkets.
