   I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. Unfortunately, the customer service here was extremely disappointing. From the moment I asked a simple question, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than trying to help, the representative seemed more interested in rushing me along, and at one point even made a sarcastic comment that was completely unnecessary.

   Very very expensive shop, difficult to communicate with and super disorganised. Have been forced to use this for our sons school uniform every year for last 4 years at secondary school (as it is the only place your allowed to get the uniform) thank god we don’t for his 6th form outfits. They seem massively out of their depth and overwhelmed by the school uniform orders every year. Yes I’m sure it is a busy time, but cope! Or get somewhere else to fulfill the uniforms and admit you can’t do it. Every year has been a differnent problem. One year they had a flood (ok fair enough can’t be helped) but this meant a long delay. one year we got told after ordering there would be delays which meant starting the school year without part of his uniform (and yes we ordered nice and early on) All years the PE kits have been of poor quality. One year they sent the incorrect size against what we ordered, and it was late. One year they had stock issues again for multiple items. Also the sizing is all over the place for their items in general which causes a huge difference in individual items. They are also incredibly rude on the phone and also in the store. Most of the time the shop seemed cluttered and staff seemed very stressed out especially as soon as you mentioned uniforms. All of this just shows that they are not capable of adequately fulfilling the orders which caused problems, secondary school is hard enough as it is, but going in start of new school year with last years ankle bangers because a shop you were forced to use, can’t fulfil the orders is not right Basically overall for school uniform and equipment it’s an absolute nightmare. As mentioned this is after years of experience. The worst part was being forced to have to use the place year after year with no choice to even go anywhere else. I can only assume that the school had made some kind of ‘deal’ with them for exclusivity or something, but it’s clearly far too much for them to handle the orders properly. Virtually every other parent we have spoken to has had very similar problems and experiences.

   What can I say absolutely outstanding service I have been buying uniform for my company online and the quality wasn’t up to my expectations but I drove past Peter spivey and remembered I got my football shirts printed there as a kid so I popped in and got a very nice welcome I explained what I was after and provided my own clothes to them as I didn’t know they provided and today I picked them up and I was absolutely amazed with the quality It was so good I put in another massive order and have changed our whole uniform to there stuff it’s brilliant I fully recommend them 1000% Thanks guys you have a customer for life More photos to come
