Rude, impolite, unhelpful and immature staff when I visited the store today. Having children in adult form mind the shop means terrible service. Shop was empty, no guess why

Disrespectful staff . My husband went to return gloves yesterday and he didn't know about 21 days return policy. Staff instead of politely explaining to him was v rude and my husband felt v bad in the manner staff treated him. I think staff can politely explain and be professional about this without hurting anyone's feelings.
Prices are generally good value. Went on July 24 around 3:30pm. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. He even told us a way to get an extra 10% off which was very useful.
The gentleman who served us today at about noon time on Friday the 1st of December was so helpful and polite. Very refreshing! Thank you hope you go a long way in your career path. Store also had good stuff buy the salesperson really helped find the right ski equipment for our daughter!

We visited the store to buy ski gear and as we had never been skiing before, we needed advice on clothing/equipment etc.. I have to say, I found the staff, especially Shaun, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind and working in retail myself, i have to say how impressed I was with the customer service. I would recommend this store for its amazing customer service and the quality of outdoor clothing. We were fortunate to buy during the sales and we got the items for very good prices. Thank you Shaun! We will definitely be visiting the store again soon!
