   Have used JD Sports on a number of occasions, usually to shop with our grandson. What a great team. Always polite and helpful and willing to assist with sizing and general advice. Called in on 7th December to make a purchase and, on this occasion, we received the same excellent service from George and his colleagues. Very customer focused and it always makes shopping there a pleasant experience.

   Incompetent, Useless and stupid. Used their online same day click and collect service. No confirmation of ready for collection even on the next day. Went to the store, the item was in stock but was told I can't have it because I hadn't received the ready to collect confirmation. Paid again and bought the item but still waiting for refund. What a stupid and useless system

   I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to George at Redhill JD for making my shopping experience truly special. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the products, and his help was invaluable. I was struggling to find the perfect birthday gift for my husband and was feeling frustrated and anxious, having visited three other stores without success. George noticed my confusion and stepped in to assist me. He showed me a range of trainers, exploring different colours and designs, and immediately drew my attention to a beautiful grey pair that I just loved. He expertly guided me through the selection process, highlighting the unique features of the grey colour and offering me the option to consider the black version as well. With George's help, I was able to find the right size and complete the purchase with ease. What impressed me most was George's dedication to ensuring I left the store satisfied. He checked in with me multiple times, thanked me for shopping at JD, and even requested that a gift receipt be added to my purchase in case my husband needed to exchange the trainers. Thanks to George, I was able to give my husband a wonderful birthday gift, and he was overjoyed with the trainers. I'm so grateful for George's exceptional customer service and his ability to make my moment matter. If I could, I'd give him a medal for his outstanding help and expertise. Thank you again, George, for your kindness and assistance. You've set a high standard for customer service, and I appreciate it greatly.

   I bought a pair of trainers today. When I got home realised one shoe is with dirty marks. Then I went to the store again to change that pair. The lady dealt with my issue was so rude. And when I asked her to change the pair she took that dirty shoe for cleaning instead of changing. When I asked that I want to to speak to a manager, she said she’s the manager. Her name starts with ‘H’ honestly can’t remember her name, I was stressing out. I had to wait so long until she come back with that dirty shoe.Then I had to asked her again to change that pair. She wasn’t happy to listen to me and didn’t bother to change for another pair. After she responded to me with no stocks in size 4. The way she grabbed the box from me is ridiculous. I’m not happy with her customer service. I won’t walk in to the store again.

   I went to the shop today with money and an intention of buying a few items. Specifically I wanted a pair Nike vapormax. They did not stock any adult size in this trainer which was a bit disappointing as I wanted to buy some. Also there clothes range was quite limited. I guess this is due to the size of the shop. I suggest they stock more up to date clothing and trainers. Staff very friendly though. Probably wont tey and shop here again. Will just travel to Croydon so I can shop in a branch with a wider range.

   Waited over 30 minutes to receive an internet order and trainers were worn and had different laces. Claimed they had more in stock only to be told they didn't 10 mins later and ended up leaving with nothing but a refund which takes days to be returned. Always a bad experience with JD. Go to footlocker don't waste your life with this shops
