   I ordered a few gift wine sets for birthdays and Christmas from Golden Acre Wines, and I’m super impressed! The delivery arrived **right on the day**, **very well packed**, and everything was in **perfect condition**. They have some really **rare and unique wines** that are hard to find elsewhere – and the **delivery was surprisingly quick**, especially within **Edinburgh**. What stood out most was the **friendly customer service** – I even got a quick update over the phone about my order status, which was really reassuring! To my surprise, I also found **Orkney Fudge** and **biscuits** that you can’t easily get in Edinburgh – such a lovely local touch! They stock a wide **range of wines and beers from different countries**, perfect for any occasion. Will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommended for quality, service, and unique finds!

   Messy, hazardous little shop. You’d better hope your parcel doesn’t get delivered here. The shop is incredibly littered with packages of all sizes and names on them. You have piles upon piles of random products and - you guessed it - other people’s parcels topped with the shopkeeper’s used tupperware. (Pictured) The packages everywhere is a breach both of GDPR and various health & safety legislations. Trying to navigate about the shop feels like a mission taken straight from the Tomb Raider series with the way you have the to duck and dodge through the incredibly narrow aisles and errant debris all over the place. There is absolutely no chance this place is in line with any regulation required to continue trading. I hate to complain as I like to support local business people however this just isn’t worth supporting. As their responses to the reviews have mentioned, their parcel traffic has more than quadrupled. I’d say there’s a clear plan of action even though some of those reviews are nearly two months. Stop accepting parcels or cut back on amount of shelf-space to accommodate for the parcels. You clearly don’t have the space to accommodate for the load you’re currently attempting to. Redirect your parcels if they’re coming here. Don’t shop here.

   Terrible! Ordered a month ago with delivery stating 3-5 working days, a month later still nothing, I’ve phoned them almost everyday to chase it and everyday I’m told they will call me back and never do. Now I’m a week away from Christmas without the present I had ordered due to the terrible service here.
