Great store, unfortunately, Nike footwear is not cheaper than £175 unless it's the January sale.

This place treats customers as potential thieves, most staff I encountered with are rude and do not pay much attention on their job except forbidding customers touching the shoes before making the payment. The shoe box of the shoes ai paid for was broken, which is understandable given how busy the store is. But I don’t see the point forcing customers bringing the broken shoe box with them, thus I asked for refund immediately afterwards, after a unexpected long waiting time, caused by manager busy with dealing with other unsatisfied customer, the manager said to me “you cannot blame us”, which I don’t see necessity of delivering this phrase.

I had an extremely disappointing visit to the JD on Bond Street yesterday at around 6pm. Whoever you had working behind the tills at that time needs to be fired immediately. They were so rude and unprofessional. To give you some perspective, I was treated with more respect and courtesy in the luxury environment of Selfridges next door than I was in your store. The staff at JD were more interested in having loud conversations about drugs and house parties than in serving customers. As my boyfriend and I walked up to the till, they looked at each other and started laughing for no reason, then barely spoke to us while we were paying for our items. The worst part was watching them interact with another customer. When a gentleman who didn't speak fluent English was trying to make a return, they were openly patronizing, speaking to him slowly as if he were a child. One staff member (a woman with a lip piercing) even mocked him, saying, "Well he should have Google Translate on his phone," which she and her colleagues found amusing. This is not the standard of service anyone should expect, especially from a major brand on Bond Street. I will not be returning.

Shopping here is always nice and it’s actually cool to pick up one or few things here. They have one of the best collections of trainers and Air Jordans. You can always swing by here to pick up a few item and trust they’d have a great collection

Poor employee training, the clerk even did not know the proper prize of merchandise. Besides, they even forgot to discharge the energy from the tag after paid and regarded as thief. Really feeling bad :(

Very small selection of women's shoes compared to men's shies.

Overall my experience was good. Got to browse and try on lots of different trainers, the clearance rack is the one I eventually found my trainer on. The staff in the trainer section were good and got me my trainers relatively quickly given how busy the store was, I was able to pay for it there. The security and loss prevention procedures in place are very good, then again given the clientele JD usually attracts i guess it has to be, would be difficult to shoplift anything from here, although not impossible.

Has sports and fading from huge range of accessories retailers from Nike, adidas, NB, sketchers, puma, Levi’s, north face ,under armour and more. This store is super big and crazy ! You need to self help. I would get into smaller stores of JD . Alternately look up online as they run the same discounts as in store

I was very disappointed on customer service today 07/0920 4.15pm Mistaken price tag in store could have been resolved nicely and professionally! Their mistake and I was made uncomfortable to the point I had to mention cctv cameras? Why? I told the manager that the staff members were all unprofessional, rude, assuming things and defensive straightaway instead of rectifying a misleading mistake going against trading standards done by them! Overpriced and not going by price stickers on the whole rail! Avoid as it feels like they will rip you off for their own mistakes! Will not be back to that store until head office trains their members of staff on basic customer service! Loud music! Ignorant behaviour! We are spending our money so please show some respect! Shame on the rude staff! No customers should be made to feel this uncomfortable!
