   Trying to buy a football kit for my Grandson. No juniors on line, England shop closed. Last update dated 2021 . No idea when/if it'll re open Dreadful service.

   Went to the store for the launch of the England Women's kit for the Euros, the store has all the England merchandise you would expect at reasonable prices. I got a home shirt with Chloe Kelly on the back as she's my favourite player, I'll be wearing the shirt throughout the tournament this summer. The staff were excellent and friendly I'd definitely recommend visiting the store if your about in Wembley.

   Ordered my sons football kits on the 04th of December and they have still not arrived customer service is poor and will take the best part of an hour to speak to anyone over the phone and before they send the item out again they expect you to wait 14 working days. Despite it being nearly 3 weeks already. They were bought as Christmas presents and I will now have two disappointed children. Order from sports direct instead as I’ve learnt the hard way using this company

   purchased the item at 2pm & was told printing would take 20 minutes. 2 people ahead of me in the que which was not an issue. I left and returned 25 minutes later to be told the item was still not ready and would require another 30-40 mins due to an issue with the machine & them not wanting to rush it. Again not an issue as i work locally so could return to my office and collect when ready. I was asked to leave my name & number so that when ready i could come to collect. This was at 2:30pm. At 4:25 with the shop closing in 35 minutes without a call i attempted to ring the store but was unsuccessful in getting through. I walked back to the store as i knew it would soon close to find 2 new members of staff currently on the shop floor and my shirt hanging ready. Lady behind the till informed me it had been ready for well over an hour, i informed her that i was due to be contacted when it was ready to which she was visibly furious with the situation. 1 of the members of staff that had served me then walked out and attempted to deny all knowledge of this convo despite him being the person to request my name & number. Over all i am happy with my purchase & with the eventual service i received from the woman i collected my shirt from. Just a good job i had somewhere to go to kill over 2 hours of time.

   Poor service. Ordered kids full england kit, arrived without the socks. They will not send me the socks, email responses from them are ‘please send a picture of the faulty item’ talking to staff is like talking to robots. Useless

   Ordered a big order from the store online on next day delivery - 20days ago. No updates, no contact number, no chat bots. Will be avoiding and never be ordering again; recommend others to do the same.

   Worst customer service I have experienced. Avoid buying anything from the website. New England kit came with faulty lettering and took multiple emails, phone calls before they refunded today - almost a month after the issue was raised. Terrible.
