   Absolutely stellar service yesterday from Ben here. I had loads of questions and he was friendly and informative with zero sales pressure. Really helped me make my mind up.    I just purchased the original Peloton bike from Jennie at the Peloton concession in John Lewis Kingston. The shopping experience has been exceptional and is a best-in-class retail omni-channel experience. This started from when I originally browsed the peloton website, seeing that I could have a virtual consultation with great availability options I could book in, to having a really great appointment with Jennie, who was knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. Finally the delivery has been extremely swift within a few days of ordering which has been beyond my expectations. I only wish I had visited Jennie and the Peloton team sooner :) Thanks so much Jennie and team!
