   Absolutely terrible experience at Booker Edinburgh Sighthill. I scanned a product by the box, and they tried to charge me per individual item — a difference of about 30 pence per unit. When I pointed it out, they acted like I was the problem. The staff were dismissive and the manager was unbelievably unprofessional — rude, arrogant, and clearly not interested in helping customers. I’ve never seen such poor customer service. It felt like they were trying to rip me off over something so small, and instead of fixing it, they doubled down. I won’t be going back. Avoid this place.

   I ordered 50kg chicken for first time from here in a hope to be regular daily customer but was quite disappointed. when I ordered Thursday and supposed to be picked up on Monday,but when I arrived and asked for my order no one was not aware of it I was quite upset because I didn’t order from my regular butcher and I had to take off the chicken for this day from all the websites and just eat and …ended up to don’t sell chicken. So never trust the butchers there. I would not ordered here again as they lost a daily customer

   Nice cash and carry for business shopping. Quite spacious and nicely laid out. Good variety of food items and good availability. Halal chicken is available in meat section which is excellent for people who run halal food restaurant/takeaways/shops. Fresh fruit and veg section is nice as well. You can also get some fresh sea food. Staff is friendly and que management is good. Huge parking space available which is great.

   Beware, they have recently had a refit and they have moved stuff around, there is a different layout. in other words its exactly the same as it was, but the layout is different and some things might be harder to find. keep your eyes peeled for the things you need, and some prices are cheaper in supermarkets.

   Chaotic store. They have recently moved all the stock around and when I arrived I could not easily find the things I usually buy. No signs on many items that are on offer either-it's a lottery if you find it is on offer or not. Poor labelling of what is on offer too when you finally spot a yellow offer label. Checkout is chaotic as there are no clear signs to tell you where to queue. Then there is the opening hours. They close 3pm on a Saturday-what!!?? It's not lockdown now for goodness sake. Plus they are still playing pre-recorded messages about social distancing. Not a great experience.
