   I usually order online but I went into the store today in Sheffield on High St. Your staff member Jake was absolutely fantastic, he helped me swap from Nicsalt to the other liquids. (just salts?) He was so patient and had lots of knowledge on the products and flavours. Please let this be shared with his manager and other senior staff. I will definitely go in store when I have the urge to try new flavours or vapes. Such a helpful and polite young man.

   Walked in and there was dog poo on the floor that wasn’t being cleaned up. They have a frustrating policy that if you have come in with someone who cannot provide ID they will not serve you at all for the whole day. Staff were friendly, however, making this rule clear would have been helpful.

   I went into VPZ to get my own personal Vaping device as I was tired of always having to buy Elf Bars which would cost me more money in the long run. Adam was one of the most helpful store colleagues anywhere that I have ever shopped and talked me through all my different options as well as showing me how my new Vaping device I'd purchased functioned best. His colleague was also there to offer support and both of these men are a credit to your organisation, especially Adam. I will definitely be back to VPZ in future for many visits as I was very impressed by the clear professional knowledge shown by Adam. I knew I made the right choice in choosing VPZ over the many other brand names available. Thank you for your service I'm very chuffed with my new Vape :).
